n this extremely important video from the Schiller Institute conference which concluded September 6th, former Virginia State Senator and Judge Advocate General Richard Black finds that those retired generals, now active against Donald Trump are in violation of Section 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He names the names and says what the President should order Secretary of Defense Mark Esper to do if Esper doesn't do it himself. The Defense One publication being used by the insurrectionists is owned now by the Atlantic Media, principally Laurene Powell Jobs, who has been a key financial angel supporting Kamala Harris. Atlantic Media also publishes the Atlantic which is pushing the current fake narrative about the president disparaging the military.

Nothing would surprise me at this point.
We’ve been sitting in smoke here for 4 days from numerous huge fires that could not have occurred in the manner they did except by numerous arson fires. Cops getting shot as they sit in their patrol cars.
The election should be called off. How are all of these people who’ve been burned out of their homes going to vote in Oregon which is mail in voting only. Your ballots come in the mail.

Not treason, which is defined in the constitution as aiding a foreign power. This is mutiny, and retired officers can be guilty of it, too.
Forgive me for this observation, but if Oregon had no voters at all it would be a plus for Trump. When was the last time Oregon voted for a Republican?
That said I am truly sorry for anyone who lost their home or job due to these fires.

General Mattis is in violation of UMCJ Article 88 when he denounces President Trump on June 3, 2020.

The liberal areas of Oregon did not have fires. So that should tell you something. It wasn’t long after the recall petition to remove the governor faild by 1% that the fires began. Therefore, I believe that the deep state will do ANYTHING to get their puppet in. Including mutiny and an attempt at a coup to remove Trump.
I agree, I would feel better if Trump hired 100 of the meanest Hell’s Angels as his personal security.
Excellent - thanks for posting. Some action really does need to be taken - retired military or not. I didn’t know if anything could be done to retirees but I think this former JAG officer put that to rest - Article 88 UCMJ. Now Esper needs to get busy - take their pensions away - that would get their attention. OK - so that’s not going to happen... Big disappointment in Kelly and Mattis but I guess we were just naive while others must have known about their duplicity! I wish there was a transcript of his words - would be easier to follow but it was great nevertheless...
According to the video, Article 88 of UCMJ takes care of that...
