You raise some interesting points. My observation is that the Black community started to really breakdown in the early 1970s with the flood of crack cocaine. About the same time cable TV and satellite started to make inroads.

So instead of the usual 2 or 3 over the air channels people received, they started to be flooded with raunchy shows. Low IQ people, black and white, started to ape what they saw. Gangs, drug dealing, and pimps were glorified.

Simultaneously jobs started to trickle overseas. At one time Baltimore was a major manufacturing city. London Fog, the iconic maker of raincoats, employed over 25,000 people. Even unskilled people could make a good living working in the thousands of warehouses. But bit by bit manufacturing was offshored, jobs dried up and disappeared.

Black people are to blame for their own actions. But the globalists like the Bush crime family who destroyed our manufacturing and sent it overseas are probably the ultimate culprit. They destroyed prospects for the black community. Add in rogue CIA operatives flying in cocaine to remote Arkansas airstrips controlled by the Clintons, well you know the story …

Even presidents can't do it alone. They had help from Congress, all the states and their legislature, the local, state, national, international media and all the corresponding leaders. Blaming just one person, Bush, for this is incorrect, as I see it. It's almost naive.

It seems to me that the "blame" is from an enormous and diverse number of events.

Hindsight isn't always correct as IT is tainted by too many people and events, well-meaning may those leaders may have been.

Eventually NO ONE will care...not even FReepers.
