Agreed. But the adult diapers these days are “almost” unnoticeable if you are generally wearing loose fitting clothing.

But even the best diapers leak. And with fecal incontinence, even without leaks, odor is an issue. Also, if Biden has to sit in soiled adult diapers for very long for any reason, skin issues and infections could be a big concern, if not already.
Another concern: If he’s suffering from either or both forms of incontinence, and the incontinence isn’t medication-related, but is the result of dementia, he’s further along than we thought.
