Come to think of it, I recall a certain video of Obama who did a one on one interview with a certain journalist in a room together.
During that interview Obama was behaving and looking like someone who is all doped up and the guy interviewing him had to stop and ask him "Are you punch drunk?"
Obviously you just can stop and do a random drug test on the President but there is a distinct similarity here between Obama's incident and now Newsome crazy speech yesterday with the fires as a backdrop!
