Doesn’t matter - the media smear of Trump has done its job. Too many people who where taken in by the onslaught of Russia N Impeachment will not let go of the opinions formed then, even though they were based on proven falsehoods and are all too ready to swallow the next one that the media produces.

This example is a perfect one. It took years and millions for the house to present it’s non-existent case. And the media was there every step of the way, everyday of the week either showcasing or creating more on sundays. They even followed them during the walk to take the paperwork to the next level with all the players in tow.
But when it got tossed at the senate for lack of evidence, when the media was capable of displaying the dishonesty and/or stupidity of the house players, they took off like an exit in one the old roadrunner cartoons along with the house players. And after a couple of days when it was positive there would be no kickback due to the show being over, it was never heard from again to include all of the expected retractions or apologies for damning efforts or out and out lies they call misinformation.
I believe it was Thumper that said, “If you ain’t got nothing nice to say, don’t say nothing at all.” If you substitute truth for the first nothing, and lies for the second one, you have a factual statement. And unlike theirs........it’s honest. And quite the opposite of a true working for the people either then or in November, by both the media and the players.
