The Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association board has switched its endorsements of Democrat candidates to Republican after one Democrat candidate was purportedly caught on video beating a piñata with the likeness of top police union official Bob Kroll.
Fox News reports:
Minneapolis state house candidate John Thompson stood outside the police union leader’s home and and gave an expletive-laden speech to a crowd of Black Lives Matter demonstrators in August.
“Come on over here with your ‘Blue Lives Matter’ sign,” he said. “Blue lives ain’t s—, and if people in Hugo don’t support black people, f— Hugo.”

If it took something that blatant for them to finally wise up then they’re not ‘wise’ at all, are they?

Hopefully more than a few understand it. The Democrat politicians are going to get them killed and score political points with their base for doing so.

I know too many people who hate Trump so much that they are supporting the dems, even in spite of Kamala Harris’s reprehensible actions of the inno black guy on death row.

That’s why the Minisoda DFL is called the D(dumb)F(f-ing)L(liberal) party.
It took them a very long time to make this decision. They ignored it for several weeks. Only after the video was given some legs by GOP legislators demanding the Democrats respond against Thompson’s behavior, did the Police Union repeal their endorsement for Democrats.
I am not yet aware that any Democrat leaders have reprimanded John Thompson’s behavior that night outside the union leader’s home which was surrounded by rioters.
Isn’t this Minnesota nice?
