I find it odd the IG did not feel interested in investigating this. Obviously, the fix is in.
Seems likely, but we don’t know for sure. I wonder why Weissman would reset his phone in March and October of 2018. Somebody may be able to piece this together since other info concerning him have been released via FOIA...
