If there is no Citizenship question on the Census Form, how is it determined a person is an illegal alien?

They should not affect a states population where the number of rpresentatives are concerned
Its like saying Florida can count snowbirds as part of their population and their homes stages can at the same time, its insane

No, the Southern District of New York is a part of the DOJ, it is not the Judicial Branch. The decision came from a Federal District Court. And, they may be right. Counting everyone has been required every since the 14th Amendment. At least, that has been the presumption. I don't know if it has been tested in court, but I don't think so, at least not for this broad application. The 14th Amendment originally certainly applied to freed slaves and Indians not living on Reservations. We'll find out. .
If I remember correctly, PDJT abandoned his push to get the question put on the Census Form because he found that the information was available from other government sources.

If I recall, when SCOTUS blocked the question, the Trump administration just said, fine we will use other government databases to determine the citizenship.
if they are illegal, how do we know where they live?
Trump should have just told the illegals that in his 2nd term he was going to used the census data to locate and deport everyone of them. Then they would have hid from the census.
