And how many today remember it? People who were of voting age in 1988 (18 yrs old) would be 50 yrs old today and people who are now 20-25 and even 30 yrs old were not yet born when this happened.
This can be put to good use if handled properly and it will be effective with the independent and undecided however few they may be.
