I agree. Ted Cruz IMHO is a bit miscast as a Senator or POTUS. Supreme Court Justice would be the right job for him.
Of course that whole concept of Senate Comity would be out the window in about two seconds.
Ted Cruz is a great pick for SCOTUS but until we get a clear majority of non RINOs in the Senate, I think he’s more valuable staying there.
He lacks the popular appeal for POTUS in my opinion - he comes across a bit too sweaty and preachy for some of us.
To his credit, he would probably lead in the right direction, but I’m not sure he’d have a big enough following.
