Under the Democrat/Left’s “new normal” any politician and unelected bureaucrat can suspend the Constitution as long as they have a “ good reason” determined solely by the politician or unelected bureaucrat to be a sufficient “good reason” ... a “good reason” that cannot be challenged. Sounds like tyranny to me.
He horded HCQ for himself, his family and convicted felons in prison.
Then he threatened every pharmacist in Nevada with loss of their license should they dare to fill an off label HCQ prescription.
He got away with that.
