Legal MJ in CA is so costly and over-regulated it is just about as easy to buy the illegal stuff.
The liberaltarians used to say ‘legalize and tax the hell out of it’ and now it’s more like ‘make it as cheap as possible. If it feels good do it is about all they have now.

100% correct. Nobody goes to pot shops as it is cheaper on the street due to taxes and regulation. In the meantime the pot growers keep shooting each other up, no surprise...
