I've listened to some of Enoch Powell's speeches and listened to an interview of him by Buckley on Firing Line.

He was well-spoken and not an extremist in the least bit.

If the people in the UK at that time couldn't see that Powell was speaking sense to them, then what hope is there that today's much more leftist and idiotic public will listen to far dimmer lights such as Douglas Murray?

Must have been something in the 60s regarding immigration as we had Kennedy pushing the relaxation of immigration quotas.
