I often thought that probably of the reasons federal agencies concentrate so much on white power groups is simply because their agents can more easily infiltrate these groups.

What a load of crap!
I have met people who were dumb enough to constantly express to all within earshot the opinion that whites are smarter and more capable than some other races. Luckily, these sorts are few in number.
Of course the smart fellow realizes, in his most secret heart, that without white people the world would be a rather bleak place. Whites tend to have a combination of intellect and stubborn determination that allows them to create some magnificent things.
Different races do indeed have differing average IQ’s and skills. That means little on an individual level....i.e. people like Clarence Thomas and Thomas Sowell. I would place both of these wonderful men at the extreme right edge of the curve.
On the average whites are superior in IQ than blacks.
Asians are a bit smarter on average than whites.
People from India are at the same level roughly as whites.
All the other groups vary slightly from one another.
The extreme homogeneity of Asian societies contributes a LOT to their countries high average IQ. There simply are too few other races in their midst to lower the average.
IMO, The Scotch/Irish and white Ashkenazi Jewish Europeans have the highest average IQ level.
The ideas presented above would get me bounced out of any university in a heatbeat....such facts are not allowed..no paper or book detailing such facts would be allowed distribution.
They keep pushing this lie and are never asked about it in interviews. I’ve never heard any of the so-called “conservative” media push back on white supremacists being a “persistent and lethal threat”.
When will Chad Wolf (DHS Secretary) be asked about it?
When will Bill Barr (Attorney’s General) or anyone else in the DOJ be asked about it?
