Because it is soviern nation full of human beings whom God also loves, despite their worship of the false God of the Koran.
Yes, God loves ALL of His creations...even Hindus, Buddhists, animists and...atheists.
It's God's decision on who ends up with Him in eternity, isn't it? Who are WE to say who worships false gods and who are we to condemn others for not worshiping our own version of god?
