Bubba looks like he’s as senile as Plugs. He has the dropping-slack-jaw dull expression on his face most of the time. He would fit right in at a nursing home, in the rec room playing bingo with the other 89 year olds.
They need to be sure Bubba wears his drool bib for these pod casts.

Having worked in a number of nursing homes you’re exactly right. The decline in Bill Clinton’s appearance is directly related to some serious health issues and he appears to be experiencing some cognitive decline.
That said he does look medicated at times, like he’s on
Adderal or Xanax. He should be playing bingo or watching “Matlock’’ reruns in the day room but he’s a pervert, like Biden. That’s no joke. It’s a serious dysfunctional, serious negative and immoral character defect.
