China is land locked. They have to rely on ocean travel to go attack anyone. They could ten fold the size of their Navy and still have too small a force to send anywhere.

No, it’s not: It has 9,000 miles of coastline.

No, they don’t. China has direct land access to: South Korea (via North Korea); Russia; Mongolia; the “’Stans” to the west; India; Nepal; Myanmar; Laos; Vietnam. But to attack anything to the east they’d need a hell of a lot of fleets.
Man...I'm not sure about that. A sub launched missile with multiple warheads aimed at various cities simultaneously could potentially bring war to our shores.
Remember, the Chi-coms have stolen the best technology in the world...from the U.S.
