Oregon State Police have been cross-deputized as federal agents, yes. Haven’t heard of any other locations, at least not for the riots.

Yep - he and Barr are collaborating - US Marshalls are now out and about and other LEOs are being deputized...and since many anarchists are crossing State lines with intent for mayhem, there will be a lot of federal charges coming down to help dilute the sanctuary-for-all-criminals cities...
