Pretty limited, I think. If you walk off the plane, you will face a $300 charge to re-ticket and be late to wherever you are going. Probably the best thing is to bombard the executive staff with calls and letters and emails if you encounter such a racially-charged pin on a worker.
I just had my little dust-up with an airline over their failure to give a prompt refund after they canceled the flight.
Tactics (which could be adapted in this case):

It worked (slowly, but it worked).
What’s their policy on what a passenger can wear. As someone has already suggested, how about a BLM pin with a slashed circle over it, for instance.
