If there is any state where a Biden victory is assured, it's California. Why bother to cheat there?
That's why I assume it's simple laziness on the postman's part, not a DNC plot to "steal the election".

I am sure it is true of all states but in Michigan they several times have charged and convicted US Postal Service employees for putting mail into garbage dumps or dumpsters. This was done to keep up with the work quotas the dumb employees could not meet on time. Mail tossed out, efficiency rating goal met.
So they have practice and can apply this to GOP area mail ballots. Carriers remember addresses that had “President Trump Thanks You For Your Contribution to Making America Great Again” on the upper left of envelopes.
My step-grandfather was a mail carrier. He was hired after he managed to survive so many 8th Air Force Bomber missions that he had to wear hearing aides for the rest of his life and we kids made fun of how he talked. Even he had a disability and was hired partially because of his veterans points, but he earned it and he took his job very seriously.
I don’t know what the Post Offices in other parts of the country are like... but I have not seen a white male working in the one by our house for years. You are lucky if you get a black person because their accents are not so thick that you can understand them. Affirmative action has consequences. The post office has been concentrating on hiring minorities and women and not efficiency or doing their jobs. It evolved into a social program around here long ago.

My mailman is a white male (town of 150,000).
In the past 2 months I’ve been into the post office itself; there were two white males and one black (one female, one male) at the counter.
California just doing early voting like it always does or as they call it grab and dump before anyone notices.
That is good to hear. It looks like they are all being phased out at our post office.
When I called because we hadn’t received any mail for two weeks, I was transferred from one heavy accent to another. Our mail had been diverted to another address by a scammer who dropped a change of address card off at the post office. It seemed that the postal employees could not care less. It took me four phone calls to get even a minimal amount of information. I finally had to do another change of address online to get our mail sent to another address that we had control of. They would not let me just cancel the change of address and would not tell me where our mail was being delivered to.
Our postal service is a disaster! At least where we live.
Never put out a Republican signage. Your everything will be missing or mishandled. Put up Democrat signage and you’ll get the highest priority treatment like it was registered mail.
RNC mail to you screws up that logic.
