If the story is a blatant lie on the reporters part, is that reporter in violation of 1A and other insurrection code and statute?

After a nap to sleep on it, here’s my two cents:
What better way to throw Republicans into complete confusion, eliminate all support for cops, and gain permanent subservience to Black Lies Matter than the headline that a reputed Blue Lives Matter group harmed the President touring riot damage on Tuesday? The claim that one photo on their (now down) website shows one of them dressed in blac blok and their criminal records gives the storyline away. Militias don’t dress in blac blok and they don’t have criminal records. Question is, has anyone, anyone, heard of a 417 group? Why did both waive their miranda rights when it gains them no advantage?
