I don’t think we can make any assumption about that blurb. It’s a 7 second clip. If they did that with a Trump statement, we’d all be crying foul.

Show the whole statement in context. Maybe he was actually quoting something.

Having worked for a long time with Dementia patients, I normally would bristle at anything even suggesting mockery or abuse, but Biden’s entire career has been one of evil, so I feel I can joke around a wee bit among friends.

In fact, I think the Manipulators and Jill herself are far more guilty of Elder Abuse than any ribbing we can come up with here on FR.

Rush caught Biden doing this the other day while he, Rush, was on the air. He just suddenly dropped his line of talk and said, "Hey, Plugs is reading the end-of-quote-line from the teleprompter! There, there, he did it again."

Here's Rush who can't hear at all, still picking up on a small (brain-dead) mistake while I was frowning, concentrating, but never did hear the goof.
