Krug’s faculty page at George Washington University (GWU) identifies her as a “historian of politics, ideas, and cultural practices in Africa and the African Diaspora, with a particular interest in West Central Africa and maroon societies in the early modern period and Black transnational cultural studies.” She published the book Fugitive Modernities: Politics and Identity Outside the State in Kisama, Angola, and the Americas, c. 1594-Present.
Just curious... with students paying over $50,000 a year to go to George Washington Univ., what do they do after they graduate with a major in Black Studies and master the details in this professor's book ?

"They move into a fulfilling career as a minimum wage barista at Starbucks, or the french fryer at Micky Dee's. They also work evenings as an Antifa protestor, and are always noted as complaining that student loans must be forgiven. They cannot afford the Beemer they are owed.
