Disagree. The best outcome was that they capture him and charge him with Murder One plus enough enhancements to warrant the death penalty. Then give him a plea bargain for Life Without Parole on condition he squeals on his puppet-masters and co-conspirators, AND he has to do this all immediately. No stalling while hoping for a Biden victory to get him a guaranteed Presidential Pardon.
