A normal guy....at 111 mph and drunk, would have seen at least a month in jail. You have to wonder...who exactly kept arranging the paperwork to bail him out....over and over?

Yep. Convenient he's able to tell us who bankrolls and mentors his actions. Would not be suprised to find a CIA handler in the mix. Destabilization this widespread (geographically) is not organic.
