He still sounds out of breath and nearly dead. That's what I noticed right away yesterday. One sign of COVID without any other symptoms is when you run out of breath speaking (but not when you are not speaking). He needs to get tested. Of course the mask didn't help reducing the amount of fresh air he was inhaling.
