Did Biden take any questions, or did he just sit in his chair and whisper non-stop?
And how long did he speak? 22 minutes has been his high-water mark lately.
I watched from the beginning but missed the end. First a bunch of people asked questions and he took notes. Then he stood up and gave a very poor version of his Charlottesville speech. Missed the whole ending: "that's when I knew I had to run for President". I think he abbreviated because he sensed (properly) that the audience was bored. Then he gave canned answers that sort of matched the questions. All while standing, but he was out of breath the whole time. Did not look healthy at all.
