good question ... i don’t exactly remember, but i think it’s at least a month in advance ...
Thanks. Seems to me that would be more than enough time to mail it in . to be inlcuded by election day.I do not think that states should be able to extend the time that ballots can be received after election to be counted if they are sent out 1 or 2 months in advance.
