While everyone is flipping out over what Fauci says, I am just in awe that the USA under Trump’s leadership will have a vaccine ready to go by at least the end of the year. Remarkable.

Yep. His job is to advise the president, period. But instead Fauci sees himself as a famous celebrity. He gives all sorts of contradictory interviews. He throws out pitches at baseball games. Etc.
I wonder when Fauci is going to appear on ‘America’s Got Talent’. Maybe he could do some sort of magic trick.
I think the Dow went down because it was going up relentlessly for a month. People with a shorter term view could hardly resist the temptation to cash in. Imagine what big shareholders in Apple and Tesla would have been thinking.

I am well aware how proper vaccine clinical trials are done for safety and efficacy. This is what is occurring here. It’s unfortunate there are so many on FR that don’t seem to appreciate vaccines or how research is conducted to get a safe vaccine for public use. Clearly, public health has done itself a disservice by not addressing the anti vaccine crowd on social media.
Daily moves in the stock market are due to computer trading.
Somebody needs to ask the computers what they are doing and why!

I’m guessing they could come up with a COVID vaccine by the end of the year. Unfortunately, with 11 sub-strains of the Frankenvirus running around so far, it will probably have to be like the flu vaccines, with a different mix created each year.
Open up now! People need more alternatives to going into the riot-torn cities!

Just because “the plan” includes him on the staff, it doesn’t mean he gets to sit at the table.
I doubt it was Fauci alone since almost nobody expects a vaccine before next year. Probably a fair amount of profit-taking involved.
Look to see if Soros shorted the market before the comments. If he did, he and Fauci are in cahoots. Time to break the MSM’s banjo strings.
