Help should targeted at sectors in trouble and leveraged.

Our local Irish pub/restaurant during the take-out only days had one Sunday a month when all the proceeds from the day went to the employees. We participated each time; we know and like the staff there.

But my favorite time there was the Tuesday evening Irish session, consisting of 5-8 musicians doing all the old favorites. A couple of pints, some singing along and then up to the mike to do a couple of tunes of my own when they took a break to schmooze with the customers. There's not enough room for "social distancing" on the small raised platform used as a stage. And it's tough to sip your pint and sing along while masked! When we start up again I think I'll bring along a condom to put on the microphone...that should get a laugh.

Restaurants are still worried. That is because on a whim the governor / mad king can re-impose the shutdown and cost the owners even more money.
