More very good news in polling. Georgia all summer was a state too close to call, turning purple on the way to being blue. But Georgians are sick of the riots, destruction, statue toppling and the madness sweeping our country. We will see if this holds in their internal polls for a few more weeks by Biden moving his advertising dollars elsewhere. Keep it going Mr President!

The President opens a better than 7% lead among likely voters and a more than 11% lead among those who watched the conventions.

The bad news is that a federal judge just gave Georgia to the Democrats in November by ruling that mail in ballots are to be counted even if they come in past the deadline. The Democrats are given enough time to find out how many votes they need to manufacture and how many Republican votes they need to destroy. The Postal Union will surely aid in that endeavour.

Local radio noted there probably isn't enough time to challenge this.

I would certainly hope that PDJT’s has legal eagles prepared to take action and appeal such nefarious activity.

I don’t know about this year, but in years past, Georgia was the state to watch on Election Night. Their polls close early, and if the Dem wins, you might as well get some sleep before work the next day. But if the Dem doesn’t quickly win, it’s worth staying up...as happened in 2016.

Appeal would likely take longer than the time remaining.

True, it’s bad, but it could have been worse. They at least have to be post marked by election day.

Good news. But I found it interesting that only 6.9% of blacks chose Trump in this poll. That’s far less than we keep hearing about.
To: simpson96
7% is all he got last time and probably where he will be this time. The truth is the democratic party is propped up by blacks and we start the game down by 11% of the total vote (blacks are 13% of total vote, dems get 11 or 12 points of that) Without the block voting of African Americans (93% + for Dems+ and especially Hispanic Americans-approaching 70%,) CA would still be the state that elected Reagan governor and nationally the Dems would have a little over 100 seats and about 10-12 Senate seats. At Least Hispanics don't vote 90% dems, Hispanic vote may be more important Just look at the states won by Trump,he won 32 states but only 4 have a population of Hispanic voters over 13%. Clinton by contrast won 28 states and only 5 had a Hispanic population of under 13%.
