This is all just part of the "new normal" you see.
Does this also apply to the Los Angeles church that the city is trying to evict from their parking lot lease?
I DOUBT IT!!
What about real estate taxes on these rental properties. Are they stopped too?
Yeah, sure. Just like school taxes are being excused, since theres no in-classroom school going on.
(/s)
You just listed the reason that this is unconstitutional. So where is the DOJ on this?
In the end, a landlord will have to take this to court. Unfortunately it would be in a California court and they are as far left as the Governor.
California is a one party state. The saying Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
There is nothing standing in the way of Democrats from doing anything they want. Even when the voters manage to get a proposition putting limits on the state and those proposition win, the Democrats just find a friendly judge to rule the proposition is unconstitutional
Are you aware that the Democrats have set it up so that it is almost impossible for a Republican to win in an election?
The only choice left for conservatives is to leave the state.
