This guy violated conservatives law and probably needs a jail term. The millions of leftists who do the same aren’t violating leftists law. Now back to those conservatives.

Gosh, imagine the sentence an ANTIFA thug would have gotten for the same crime...nothing. Charges would have been dropped.

I suggest prosecutors take a gander at most of the Leftist posts on Trump’s twitter feed.

If they applied the law equally, they’d be backed up for years.

But, of course, we know that equal protection is a white concept.

Do not assume that there are not people here lurking or even provoking responses that could be used against those who respond.

Yet BLM and Antifa who ACTUALLY burn, loot and riot are let out of
jail after they are arrested to continue their criminal ways.

He also admitted to threatening to rape the autistic daughter of an anti-white supremacy activist.

Creeps like this aren't on our side.

As a side note to this thread, please consider the following.

"Daniel McMahon, a 32-year-old from Brandon, Florida, was sentenced to three years and five months in federal prison [??? emphasis added] for harassing and threatening people online."

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Patriots are reminded the states have never given the feds the express constitutional power to make race-related penal laws outside the scope of voting rights protections, evidenced by the 15th Amendment (15A).

In fact, probably most of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its titles are unconstitutional imo since neither does Congress have the express constitutional authority to make vote-winning, sex protection laws outside the scope of the voting rights-related 19th Amendment.

"19th Amendment:
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added]."

So regardless if you don't support Mr. McMahon's actions, not only does it remain that he has been sentenced to prison for breaking a federal law that the states have never given the corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress the specific power to make imo, but the unconstitutionally big federal government is once again unconstitutionally expanding its powers with this action.

And if such is the case, how many other people might be in federal prison for breaking laws that corrupt Congress has never had the express constitutional authority to make?

Corrections, insights welcome.

Send "Orange Man Bad" federal and state government desperate Democrats home in November!

Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a "third term" in office imo.

I don’t see any problem with voting Republican ticket.

Insights welcome.
