Not a threat to do bodily harm or kill the guy, IMO. He says, “... Im coming after you. Im going to ruin your life..” If he kills the guy, the guy wouldn’t have a life to ruin.
exactly, all his lawyers have to say is that he meant it not in the sense of bodily harm, that he would pursue legal means to make the guy’s life miserable- This was way over charged- a good lawyer will get him off likely- unless there is more to the story?
Here’s his words:
He is trying to take it like I said I was going to kill him. I was going to post and expose him for the racist that he is and the political taunting he is doing to me.
They are overcharging him- no charges shoudl have been filed if this is all he said-
If thats the legal threshold for a felony, then every leftist on Twitter merits immediate prosecution.
If he kills the guy, the guy wouldnt have a life to ruin.

Ask any Republican in Congress since Trump got elected and they’ll laugh at “I’m coming for you” compared to the level of DIRECT death threats they get on a regular basis.
The case against him doesn’t exist. “I’m going to ruin your life” could just as easily be a threat to sue him for defamation. I expect the charges to be dropped, once they have served their purpose (meaning after the election).
He meant; “Im going to ruin your life.. by exposing that you are a complete narcissistic idiot, ......
People threaten that all the time. Coming after you doesnt necessarily mean violence. The fact that its in one of the 3 counties of greater Miami tells me all I need to know. These are politically motivated charges. They will never stick. The Leftists in charge down there know that. The whole purpose is to try to embarrass Republicans before the election.
It wasn’t a very specific threat either. He could have meant he was going to sue. Still, I think he needs to stay away from the admirals club and find another place to dine. He obviously has a target on his back.
