Look. He (and he is a he) can wear whatever type of clothing he wants. It’s a free country. But when you dress oddly, people are going to have trouble taking you seriously.
I should know. I once went to a neighborhood bingo game dressed as Bullwinkle J. Moose. They wouldn’t even let me though the door!
We should also refer to HIM by HIS proper first name, Richard, not Rachel. I often like to use a certain nickname for Richard as well, with pun most definitely intended.
