#Flynn Appeals court denies former National Security adviser @GenFlynn s effort to force a judge to immediately dismiss charges. 61 page opinion. ORDER attached.
I hate these people. And I hate them more for making me hate them.
Well, they did not take the easy way out and reassign the case to another judge since Sullivan made himself a party to the matter. That is unprecedented in its own right within our courts (another “new standard”).
Did they restrict his “inquiry” or place limitations upon it or does he have carte blanche to continue the persecution of Flynn on his own?
Will be curious to see the analysis beyond the justifiable outrage we all have.
Where can I find the article? I don’t want to read twitter remarks. Where are people getting the information from about another judge being assigned? This is just crazy to post something like this - without the source....
SCOTUS won’t take the case. If they did, they would affirm the DC court, since it’s the farm team for SCOTUS. Either way, not taking it up or affirming it, it’s the same result. Flynn is screwed.
.
This is unprecedented.
Link to ruling on Sidneys Twitter account.
Trump’s AGs have screwed over Flynn, and by association, Trump. By far Trump’s biggest mistakes were Sessions, Barr, and allowing Wray to stick around.
And you cant impeach ANY of these nakedly partisan Democrat pieces of Mitt...
Nov. 4th 2020, pardon Flynn!
Conservatives now hate the blackrobe seditionists
who hate America, hate the US Constitution, hate Americans,
but LOVE George Soros and any terrorist —
as much as the Antifa terrorists and lying MSM
hate Pres. Trump and all decent people.
This will not end well.
That is what the Democrats want. It will allow them to claim that Trump pardoned him because he was guilty and should be in prison. Flynn has the facts, the law, and the Constitution on his side. Unfortunately corrupt political judges in the DC Court of Appeals are willing to ignore all of that. The pardon option remains, and it shouldn't be invoked except when the other options are no longer viable. Time is on our side. Their plan was to delay the proceedings until after the election. They may succeed in doing that, Sullivan can do that without even going to the office, and he certainly will do so. However, this may backfire on them as the decision today is so clearly purely political. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on your viewpoint, no one is paying attention to this. That applies to conservatives and to those on this forum in particular.
Flynn does not want a pardon.
Soviet-style justice system / bump for later...
If you think these members of the judiciary are not corrupt, you are exceptionally naive.

You guys need to do a better job of reading.
BREAKING: DC Circuit Court Rightly Denies Mandamus in General Flynn Case Sends Case Back to Judge Sullivan to Dispatch
“SCOTUS wont take the case. If they did, they would affirm the DC court”
It would be 5-4 with Roberts siding with the liberals because Roberts has to maintain his fantasy world in which there are no Democrat judges.
Sounds like your link needs to be a separate post for discussion on where this leads Flynn in his case for dismissal.
This is a perfectly normal and unexceptional application of the law governing writs of mandamus.
Fokker is not the same circumstance as the Flynn circumstances, and is as irrelevant to Flynn as the Stevens case was to Flynn.
Powell has spent a lot of time making political statements about the case, and apparently she has succeeded in making many people believe her political statements were legal arguments.
Powell’s ongoing public political statements about the case have been stupid from Flynn’s pov, but they have also been despicable because they have misled many, many people about what the case ia actually about.
I can’t read ruling on my phone. Why then does Powell say it’s against rule of law on her Twitter acct?
