What’s the terms of the lease? 30 days doesn’t sound like it would be a reasonable time to terminate. What are the penalties for premature termination? What zoning will be applied to the repossessed property? County may be opening a huge can of worms on themselves.
Just use the money and bus the people in....I figure a good bus company would love to have 8 grand added to it’s pocket.
