When I was admitted to the hospital Tuesday from the ER for a blood infection from a foot injury, I was tested for COVID-19 as Standing Operating Procedure for this Nevada hospital. Negative. Never mind that there were COVID-19 patients on the same floor (telemetry) as mine. THAT was the only time I've been anywhere near people with COVID-19.
Not tested when I was released Friday, I might add.
