I agree. But from the video I saw, Rittenhouse appeared to be in the street at least part of the time. Is that correct?
I suppose it would be like a 12-year-old driving a car on private property, with his dad sitting right next to him. No laws are broken. But should that kid venture onto a public road for whatever reason, then the cops can get involved.
Unlike the majority of the folks here, I dont think Rittenhouse is going to get off Scot-free. Too many Wisconsin Democrats want his hide. His life is going to be miserable for quite some time to come.
