Years ago I heard that one of the Soros plans was the take over of the District Attorney offices. I did not fully understand it at the time.

Yes, I too heard the interest by Soros and his foundations regarding election of certain District Attorneys; I didn't understand it , either.
But think about it - What better way to sow chaos ?
You abrogate the "Rule of Law" - with authority, you deviate from the routine and generally accepted application of law.
You make selective prosecutions of your enemies, and minimize the consequence of your allies.
You create social chaos !
Social chaos creates division and unexpected norm expected outcomes ; pretty soon up becomes down, and down becomes up.
That screws everybody up !

First it was the Secretaries of State. That was evident with Mark Ritchie, SoS of Minnesota and the Coleman - Franken senate race recount fraud. The DA races were next, now with Kim Ogg as Harris County Texas prosecutor.

Soros has also taken over SECRETARY of STATE offices for VOTE FRAUD!
