I have no problem hooking my PC to a wide screen HDTV. You should look into it to make full use of any PC you may have. If you just have some kind of a cellphone for your internet - IT device, then the apps solution is probably the easiest way to go for you, though.
I'm focused on higher video quality...and a quality app via my 100MB hard wired connection is light years better than a PC/Cell phone.
