This is why I have predicted that, if he loses, he will resign the next morning, swear in Pence as President, who will then pardon Trump so he cannot be harassed.
SDNY will chase him over state crimes. He'll never get a moment of rest. President Kamala Harris will say that the only way the country can heal is if he and his family are held accountable for their "crimes".
It's not going away.
