Fact is, there are serious criminal investigations that have been going on for some time. You don't give up info during an investigation.
Fitton should know that, Congress should know that, and the negative nabobs should know that.

Indictments only come from a Grand Jury. There is absolutely no information that Durham is presenting evidence to a GJ. No GJ, no indictments. There is no “tick tock.” Fitton knows there is no GJ.
I’m in full agreement with info not being divulged during an investigation, that is as it should be, and IMHO Mr. Barr is efforting to those ends. My disagreement with Mr. Fitton lies solely wit his recent comments about lack of any more indictments; who in the hell would tell him that in the first place? I have very little faith in a system of justice that would telegraph their every move. Further, though I agree that some in this administration are giving out certain tidbits the Q thing is lacking in any concrete results and has shifted tag lines a few too many times to have any credibility in my mind.
