The VIA is in Langley, VA. Yes, Grand Juries are seated and open all over the country. But, it doesn’t appear that Durham, or any other prosecutor, is using a GJ to investigate or prosecute any wrongdoing for the Russia mess. This is contrary to news reports misusing the term, “indictment” and Bagster, here. In fact neither Congress nor reporters even seems to ask Barr if a GJ for this purpose exists.
