The Democrats have revealed what they are, and sane people don’t like it.
It’s just possible the Biden handlers will signal the communist mayors to change course and free their police forces and state manpower, to shut the criminal rioters down.
No harm, no foul, if some mayor loses office over it. Dems overall look less obnoxious for the next few weeks in the eyes of their voters that they are losing.

Biden, or more accurately, Biden’s handlers, are in a no-win position on this.
If he says nothing, he supports the rioters.
If he calls on the rioters to cease, and they don’t, what does he offer that’s better than Trump? He’s not going to threaten them with any action; his base won’t let him.
If he calls on the rioters to cease, and they do, then why did he wait 3 months? And if the DNC can make them stop, then just who got them started in the first place?
