I’ve seen murderers and rapists on Investigation Discovery who’ve been pretty successful with anesthesia, most likely with no training. I think you could handle it. ;)
The guy is 80 years old, he was under general anesthesia a week ago, and he is still one of the top decision makers for America’s COVID-19 policy?

And then the task force had a series of discussions about this and at the end of the day he lost the debate.
I would not at all put it past him to schedule his elective surgery at precisely the time he did, just so he could pull THIS.

The contrary argument is that Trump deliberately had that meeting scheduled on a day he knew Dr. Tony would not be there. To achieve a desired result, and to continue to poke his ego in hopes that he’ll quit.
