Have they even gone to trial, and I missed it? I mean, I know we’ve had 3 months of riots since “Saint George” passed, but I didn’t realize the cops had already been to trial, etc.

Nope. I downloaded a copy of the docket: Discovery was scheduled for March 2021 at that time (about a month ago). Unless they moved the trial up and I missed that, it’s out of the news cycle for awhile.
