If Trump gets 35% of the black vote, we’re looking at 400 EVs.
I think it’s possible that Trump might actually carry his home state - New York.
Why do I say this ?
1. A certain percentage of non-Trump voters were just plain skeptical of him and were used to voting for professional pols. (Years of practice doing so !) Trump has “made his bones” in NYC talk!
2. He has had Cuomo & De Blasio working for him ! They haven’t indented to, but they’ve done a great job !
Upper NY is pretty conservative all that has to happen is either leftists stay home, switch or vote third party in NYC & Albany enough numbers to lower the Biden vote.
3. Native son! That has to mean something even in NYS & NYC.
