Still needs to have market competition, not one socialist entity.
The competitors need to allow people not to worry about getting dumped if they develop conditions later. If not, it’s not really insurance, as Americans want to define it here.
The biggest problem is medical system costs - because we typically don’t see the bills. Trump is moving this in the right direction.
