Why was a 17 year old kid walking around with an AR? I can see staying in one spot defending your house or business with that AR. No problem. Why be on the move surrounded by these idiots? Yes, if he was forced to move that’s a different story. Where are his parents?
All that said I don’t think he should be prosecuted. Just wondering why he was on the move in that environment. Nothing good was going to come of it. Now he’s screwed.
